Sarah Middleton’s Adaptation of DAISY AND THE TROUBLE WITH CHRISTMAS Announced!
Leicester’s Curve Theatre has now announced that Sarah Middleton’s stage adaptation of Kes Gray’s DAISY AND THE TROUBLE WITH CHRISTMAS will be their 2026 family festive show!
This co-production between Curve and Rebel Sparks Theatre will be co-directed by Hannah Stone and Ria Ashcroft, have music and lyrics by Darren Clark, and will have Abby Clarke designing the set and costumes. This new show will run from 30 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
Chris Stafford, Curve’s Chief Executive, and their Artistic Director Nikolai Foster said:
“We are thrilled DAISY AND THE TROUBLE WITH CHRISTMAS will play in the Studio over the festive period, bringing joy and Christmas magic to young people and their families….We are incredibly grateful they have chosen Curve to present this beautiful show, adapted by local writer Sarah Middleton and featuring new music by the terrific Darren Clark. It promises to be a brilliant and fun-filled Christmas adventure.”
