The Hardacres Series 2

The second season of The Hardacres has returned, broadcasting on Channel 5! In this latest series, Episode 3 is written by Haworth client Emma Reeves.

Produced by Playground Entertainment, the show follows the rags-to riches lives of a working-class family in 1890s Yorkshire and is based on the novel by C. L. Skelton. The latest instalment begins with the Hardacre family on the brink of transformation in 1895, as modernity sweeps into Hardacre Hall with electricity and shifting loyalties. Mary and Sam embrace wealth and opportunity, but their children begin forging identities that challenge expectations.
