STOREHOUSE Opens June 4

STOREHOUSE, a large scale immersive theatre event by Sage and Jester, will be running in an disused Deptford warehouse from June 4th until September 20th. Co-written by Katie Lyons with audio performances by Toby Jones, Meera Syal, Kathryn Hunter, Billy Howle and more, Storehouse has its audience uncover a sprawling, hidden archive, in what was once the paper store of Britain’s most influential newspapers.

Since the dawn of the internet in 1983, an underground collective has gathered and meticulously catalogued this archive in the belief that if all humanity’s stories are brought together, they will reveal a higher, universal truth that could change everything.

But the narratives inside the Storehouse are beginning to compete, and its only remaining founder is fading fast. A successor is desperately needed to safeguard the mission and decide what’s preserved, rewritten or destroyed…
