SARAH MIDDLETON
Sarah Middleton is a writer/actor from Derby. Her plays include SHEWOLVES which toured the UK before transferring to Southwark Playhouse in 2023. SHEWOLVES is published by Samuel French. Musicals include Pinocchio and Little Red Riding Hood for Nottingham Playhouse; The Wishing Stone for Separate Doors/Derby Theatre/Chichester Festival Theatre and Wilf Goes Wild for MPTheatricals. Her play Dweeb-a-Mania won the inaugural Polka Playwriting Award, premiered at the Polka Theatre in October 2025, and won the 25/26 Fringe Theatre Award for Best TYA (Writing/Devising). It is published by Methuen Drama.
Sarah is the recipient of a Hosking Houses residency, Peggy Ramsay grant and National Theatre Peter Shaffer commission.
