Ria is Director of The North Wall Arts Centre in Oxford: www.thenorthwall.com
She is a director and producer, winning four Fringe-First Awards at the Edinburgh Festival.
As a director, Ria’s current productions include the new musical Who Let The Gods Out by Maz Evans at Polka Theatre; and Pied Piper: a hip-hop family musical (co-directed with Conrad Murray), which is on its second UK tour.

She has worked extensively with emerging and early-career writers and directors, running residencies and supporting the development of new plays through The North Wall ArtsLab programme. Ria was awarded the Leverhulme Bursary for Emerging Directors in 2010, becoming Resident Director at the National Theatre Studio. She was previously Assistant Producer and a Creative Producer at Watford Palace Theatre. She is an alumna of the Step Change Cultural Leadership Programme.
