Hardacres S2 Drops on Britbox!

The latest series of THE HARDACRES, produced by Playground Entertainment and first broadcast on Channel 5, will arrive to US streamer Britbox this week!

Featuring episodes written by Haworth client Emma Reeves for seasons 1 & 2, the series follows the Hardacres’ rise in fortunes as a working-class family in 1890s Yorkshire.

Based on the novel by C.L. Skelton, season 2 begins in 1895 as electricity is introduced to Hardacre Hall with Mary and Sam embracing wealth and opportunity. Their children, on the other hand, begin forging identities that challenge expectations.
