The Haworth Agency is delighted to be handling film, TV and stage rights to Jacqueline Wilson’s adult sequel to The Illustrated Mum, PICTURE IMPERFECT, working in conjunction with David Higham Associates.

Picture Imperfect follows Dolphin Westward, now thirty-three, stuck in the rut of taking a supporting role in her own life. Living in a tiny bedsit, working in a tattoo parlour by day, collecting her illustrated mum at police stations by night.

Trying to decide whether a family life with gardener Lee and his daughter, a steamy romance with actor Joel, or a move to Scotland to support her sister’s young family is right for her - will Dol have the strength to forge a brand new path of her own?
